so i got the great idea to make smaller pies since there will only be 5 or 6 people coming over for dessert tomorrow and everyone wanted something different. i have three sizes of tart pans, so i thought i would just keep re-using the smallest one to make each pie. i started with the pecan. some of the pecan goo got between the crust and the pan and glued it to the side. so. there went that idea.
i now have three completed pies in three diffrent sizes.
from smallest to largest, i give you thanksiving dessert!
